Responsibilities 

Provide various types of contracts including but not limited to b2b contracts, procurement, services, consulting, marketing, sales, general terms and conditions in different areas

Provide legal advice and consultation on legal and compliance matters to other departments

Legal Research and thorough investigation regarding all business matters, research related laws and regulation to business and submission of legal opinion in line with internal policies and regulations

Attending internal and external meeting and negotiations, providing legal analysis, drafting legal documents

Preparing and submitting minutes of boards meetings and other minutes of company 

Attending courts and other dispute resolution offices

 

Requirements

:Education 

BA/MA in Law from an accredited university 

Work experience & competencies 

•Minimum 3 to 5 years in a professional workplace

•Licensed by Iran Central Bar Association is a plus

-Language and computer skills 

•Proficient user of MS Office

•Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
