Job description 

• Assist Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility in developing, preparing for Leadership Team on various topics  

• Communications prior to and following the meeting/event 

• Be an ambassador in community settings for Alibaba co. 

• Coordinate activities for CSR related functions 

• Develop timelines and project schedules 

• Write articles and other communications for internal audiences as directed by Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility 

• Maintain proactive and effective communication with project team members and other stakeholders 

• May include engagement with key stakeholders and coalitions on issues such as health literacy, CSR, Environment, Health Equity and Community 

• Support efforts to develop a brand for CSR, content management and contribute content to the CSR share point site and company website 

• Work with the Manager of CSR and Executive Assistant to plan CSR Roundtable forums 

 

Requirements 

• Excellent interpersonal skills; professional and personable manner 

• Exceptional writing, editing skills and communication skills 

• Formal contact with college or university where student is enrolled 

• Interest in health care, sustainability, corporate responsibility, external affairs and business field 

• Previous experience with NGOs helpful but not necessary 

• Understand core concepts around Corporate Social Responsibility and environment sustainably work in health or business settings. 

• Volunteer or community service experience 

• with intent to stay in a related field
