We are seeking a Photo Editor with an understanding of photographic retouching, who is interested to work first hand within our scaling photo operations team. You may also be tasked with special projects to support photography operations as needed.
Description:
- Review photography from interior photoshoots
- Evaluate photo submissions on the basis of exposure, color balance, layout, cropping, and composition
- Quality control on listing photography
- Image tagging to room categories
- Provide photographers and partners with objective, technical feedback and reject assets that do not meet standards
- Some editing, cropping, and sequencing of final image sets
Requirements:
- Comfortable giving technical photography feedback in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with people from various backgrounds
- Experience working with photographic processes
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Camera Raw
- Familiarity with industry standard DSLR cameras and lenses
- The desire and drive to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility and adaptable to new processes and workflows
- Ability to work cross-functionally to improve content, tools and guidelines
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Local to Tehran
