We’re hiring an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our BI team. You will be working closely with CEO, C-level managers and product managers, providing insights about the most important aspects of the business.
Your main tasks will include:
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
- Performing proactive investigations on both internal and external data sources to discover new trends, opportunities or problems
The requirements for this job include:
- Problem-solving skills to find innovative and smart solutions for new challenges
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and skills of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses and related tools and methods.
- Capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
And it’s nice to have:
- A university degree in economics, industrial engineering or an MBA
- Practical experience with data-related tools, e.g. SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SSAS, python
