JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Onboard new suppliers to interact on platform
- Support suppliers to solve their issues and answer their questions
- Communicate new campaigns to suppliers and maximize their collaboration
- Collect suppliers’ feedbacks and analyze them for action plans
- Give insight to other teams to improve suppliers’ performance
- Answer incoming calls in supplier side
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Associate’s Degree or higher
Skills:
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Problem solving and decision making
- A detail-oriented approach
- Presentation and performance report
- Task management and prioritizing the tasks
- Empathy, listening, and team working
- Software: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
