• Maintain, update , upgrade , optimize and troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems and services.
• System and server administration, especially in a Microsoft Infrastructure environment, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange(Hybrid), SCCM , SCOM , ATA , DFS , DHCP, DNS , IIS , Microsoft Azure and Office 365(Teams).
• Responding to users, following up and resolving problems.
• System and server administration, especially in a Microsoft Infrastructure environment, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange(Hybrid), SCCM , SCOM , ATA , DFS , DHCP, DNS , IIS , Microsoft Azure and Office 365(Teams).
• Responding to users, following up and resolving problems.
Requirements:
• Having adequate experience (minimum 5 years) on Microsoft services such as Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Certificate Services , SCCM , SCOM and etc.
• Understanding the concepts and protocols of the network and virtualization.
• The ability to work outside office hours.
• It is an advantage to have Microsoft's certificate.
• Familiar with Messaging Gateway and Antivirus.
• Familiar with SQL Server Always On Failover Cluster Instances.
• R&D for new service if business needs.
• University degree in Computer Software or Hardware or IT.
• Having professional ethics in dealing with users.
• Teamwork spirit.
