Job Description
We seek an experienced Business Analyst. This position works with the Business Development Team lead by the VP and BD manager. The candidate is responsible to gather, analyze and interpret data, providing market insight to drive decision-making and deliver real business benefits.
Highly skilled in all aspects of business analysis, including: identify trends, transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on the various e-commerce markets
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the digital economy, the industry and related markets being researched
- Create clear and useful reports and recommendations for organizational use
- Execute research and analysis over projects related to portfolio companies
- Communicate with IR Director, CEO, CFO, business unit leaders, and marketing team
- Prepare and present analytical reports for senior managers of the company
- Advise portfolio businesses based on market insights
- Create and utilize efficient knowledge systems to support daily and long-term decision making
- Effectively communicate and visualize the business results on a quarterly/annual basis for leadership to drive profitable action
- Ability to frame and visualize information to clearly connect with customers utilizing various Microsoft Office products

- Bachelor’s degree with a top-tier academic background in Management, Business, Economics, or Finance related field
- 3+ years of experience working in market analysis, or in an analyst/strategy role, and including demonstrated capabilities and interest in research project management.
