Responsibilities
● Writes reusable, testable, and efficient code
● Build, design and implement scalable, robust and reliable web applications and RESTful API services
● Design and implement critical, highly scalable systems and algorithms to run analytics, workflow, and machine learning jobs
● Write code to develop new software products or features, manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
● Collaborate with product, design, marketing, support and quality teams to define and deliver product roadmaps

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Python
● Experience designing APIs, and are a proponent of API-first development
● Understands multithreading, locks, async and queues very well
● Experience with one or more Python-based web frameworks (Django, Flask, etc)
● Strong knowledge of database schemas (Knowledge of SQLAlchemy and related libraries are a plus)
● Strong Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL
● Strong unit test and debugging skills
● Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript ES6+)
● Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
● Understands source code control tools (GIT is ideal and what we use)
● Experience with microservices architecture a plus
● Experience with data processing/analysis tools & libraries like, pandas, spark a plus
