Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing user stories/requirement documents for validity and feasibility.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and executing tests to identify software defects.
• Designing test cases to ensure the proper functionality of new features in conjunction with existing ones.
• Conducting acceptance/API testing of mobile and web to identify potential defects.
• Reporting potential defects to development teams and tracking software issues and bugs.
• Recording the test process and results.
• Prioritizing test cases and defining the severity of bugs.
• Identifying program deviations from standards and suggesting modifications to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Learning and sharing knowledge with other team members.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, testing methodologies, and testing tools.
• Familiarity with functional and non-functional testing.
• Strong teamwork skills, including communication skills and proficiency in task management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, etc.
• Experience in writing test scenarios and test cases.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Professional, positive, and results-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Minimum of 2 years of software testing experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing (Cypress) and familiarity with ISTQB concepts is an advantage.
• Experience in performance and load testing is an advantage.
