JOB DESCRIPTION:
- track customers' journey and define touchpoints
- set KPIs affecting CX and plan a framework to measure each KPI and assess them
- find solutions to reduce pain points and improve the CX metrics
- collect user's feedbacks and analyze them for action plans
- manage projects to improve CX
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: BSc. or MSc. in engineering, CS or MBA
SKILLS:
- Project management and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Task management and prioritizing the tasks
- Data management and analytics
- Empathy, listening, and team working
- Software: Microsoft Office, SQL (preferred)
- Language: English (intermediate)
