شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Senior Tour Commercial Specialist will play a key role in sells domestic and foreign tours. In fact, he/she the customers with the necessary information about the tickets, tours and other facilities available in the travel agency for business and leisure trips. 


Responsibilities 

  • Providing the necessary information and helping customers find and plan trips that suit their needs for vacation and business trips.
  • Booking travel plans
  • Informing about any possible changes including cancelled or substituted flights.
  • designs Registering and presenting reports on the amount of activity of all working hours to the relevant manager.
 

Requirements 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tour and travel agency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
