As a Senior Brand Designer at Alibaba, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our brand identity across various channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive creative excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's brands visual identity, including logo, color strategy, patterns and identity forms, brand guidelines, and brand assets.
- Design and deliver creative solutions that align with brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to translate brand requirements into compelling design concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand design and incorporate innovative ideas into our brand strategy.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives and brand strategy into impactful designs.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and managing projects from conception to completion.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
