استخدام Project Management Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Responsibilities

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  • Coordinate with internal parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage relationships between internal teams.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
  • Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
  • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
 
Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MBA, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Comfortable navigating through gray areas without clear solutions
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Familiar with Excel, Power BI and task management tools
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met
  • Having the ability of thinking outside the box, problem solving, strategic thinking and time management
  • Proficiency in English
