Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
- Coordinate with internal parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage relationships between internal teams.
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MBA, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
- Comfortable navigating through gray areas without clear solutions
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Familiar with Excel, Power BI and task management tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met
- Having the ability of thinking outside the box, problem solving, strategic thinking and time management
- Proficiency in English
