· Establish and manage Procurement policy and procedures

· Control purchasing department budgets, funds and working capital

· Holding tenders

· Follow up of all administrative and financial details of purchased materials until their delivery to warehouse

· Categorizing suppliers and assessing them

· Budget, plan and analyze procurement costs

· Work closely with finance department for forecasting required cash flow

Requirements:

· 5+ years’ experience in procurement and purchasing

· At least Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

· Complex problem solving and judgment and decision making

· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· The minimum age limit is 30 years and the maximum is 40
