Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and implement financial modules in the ERP system to meet the organization's specific needs.
Ensure that the ERP system is aligned with financial best practices and industry standards.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system by overseeing data entry, validation, and reconciliation processes.
Perform regular data audits and implement data quality standards.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and optimize the utilization of the ERP system.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and data security protocols within the ERP system.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations, procedures, and training materials.
Liaise with ERP software vendors and consultants to stay informed about system updates and best practices.
Coordinate vendor relationships for technical support and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems
Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly financial modules.
In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in process improvement and system optimization
