Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the implementation of an overall partnership strategy and plan which includes a diverse range of coorprating streams
- Investigate and contribute to strategic decisions in relation to developing alternate income streams.
- Identify and track cooperation prospects as they arise and maintain the appropriate tracking tools
- Report to Senior Management Team on progress against targets
- Develop and support new and current partnership engagements including identifying and building relationships with prospective collaborative partners on bids
- Develop and manage positive and constructive relationships with potential funders and internal and external stakeholders, including meeting stakeholders and funders on own or with programmed staff.
- Keep up to date with existing and potential Bitcial programs and those of our competitors
- Working closely with marketing & communications colleagues to develop familiarity with the requirements of key funders, the language used, and funding specifications to inform the preparation of excellent commercial and technical bids.
- Develop and maintain appropriate business development tools and processes as needed
- Develop and maintain key resources to support program bids including standing documents, databases of activity costs and day rates, database of financial and other relevant policies.
- Monitor market competitive landscape and provide competitors analysis report for future business development plan based on the report and forecast.
- Locating potential partners based on the business goals, needs and partnerships that are already in place.
- Managing existing partnerships by coming up new concepts for collaboration, tracking performance, and resolving problems.
- Cooperating with external partners to create new business opportunities within current markets or creating new markets for goods or services.
Ability
- Good planning skills
- Familiarity with data gathering and data analysis concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of business development, fundraising, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
