Key Requirements
- As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), you must organize all of activities and operations to support strategies, plans and align with business needs.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Oversee daily operations of the work of all executives departments (as like Technical Teams and etc).
- Having technical knowledge of software
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Write and submit reports to the managment team in all matters of importance.
- Help budgeting and resource allocation.
- Provide leadership to those under her/his command.
Ability
- Good planning skills
- Familiarity with data gathering and data analysis concepts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
