We are on a mission to revolutionize workflows using cutting-edge technology, and we’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to help lead this effort.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong Django skills and a knack for managing projects. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in backend and frontend development but will also play a key role in coordinating between developers, reviewing code, and ensuring the smooth integration of various parts of our software stack. You'll lead communication between front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical projects, coordinating between front-end and back-end developers.
  • Develop and maintain robust backend services using Django.
  • Work closely with front-end developers working with React.js, Next.js and JavaScript.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding standards.
  • Write and maintain tests to ensure the quality and functionality of the system.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  • Assist in scaling and optimizing the platform for performance and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Django and the Django REST Framework.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Next.js.
  • Experience in project management and coordination between developers.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Experience in writing tests and ensuring code robustness.
  • Experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL (optional).
  • Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in automation-related projects.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or processes.
