Job brief
The local office of AiGrow.me, a Canadian company based out of Toronto Ontario is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer for the local office in Tehran. You will work in a super fun office based out of Tehran University. Snacks and foods are served. You may receive part or all of your bonus and/or salary in Canadian Dollars.
You are supposed to create
- Amazing graphics
- Videos
- User Experiences
The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful graphics and web design. It is a bonus for her or him to have a superior user interface design skills.
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
- Conceptualize original graphics and website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Design and create graphical ad banners
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Being fluent in English to work & talk with our staff in Canada, India, and Tehran
Salary
A super competitive salary and may or may not a bonus package- depends on your performance and progress.
Possibility to negotiate your salary to be fixed and paid in dollars($$$).
Office
You will work in a super fun office based out of Tehran University. Snacks are served. You may receive part of your bonus or salary in Dollars.
You may be asked to fly to India or Canada to work in our offices over there for sometimes.
