You’ll work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to design and deploy AI-powered applications that scale reliably, perform efficiently, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of data, intelligence, and infrastructure — ideal for someone who loves to design systems that learn, adapt, and perform.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain AI-powered, data-intensive systems with clean, scalable architecture.
- Design, build, and manage machine learning model-serving pipelines, including deployment, versioning, monitoring, and hot reloading.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows and integrate language or vision models where needed.
- Select and optimize databases to meet performance and scalability goals (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Qdrant).
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product and strategy decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.
- Balance experimentation and delivery — knowing when to refine, when to iterate, and when to ship.

What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering or applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using FastAPI or Flask.
- Solid foundation in software design principles, optimization, and scalable system architecture.
- Working knowledge of ML lifecycles, model serving, RAG pipelines, and large language models.
- Understanding of data architecture, API design, and performance tuning.

- Experience contributing to open-source AI or data-engineering projects.
