Responsibilities

Performing quantitative and qualitative research based on user behavior and collecting data by interviewing users and beneficiaries, performing surveys, etc.
Defining and making the persona and its scenarios.
Creating UX criteria to measure and track the data through time for demonstrating the effect of design changes on user experience.
Designing Wireframe to prioritize elements based on user needs
Making a prototype of the final product to simulate the user interactions.
Designing and creating an A/B test or usability test to analyze the users’ responses and behavior.
Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
Writing clear, concise, and useful content

Requirements

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
Portfolio of design projects
Deep knowledge of Design system
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics for research, analyzing competitors and users’ behavior
Mastery of Figma
Deep knowledge of Accessibility and Usability
Upper-Intermediate English
