استخدام Help Desk Intern

شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Help Desk Intern will assist the Help Desk Team, under the direction of the Chief of Technology, to assist with help desk related tasks and data clean-up. S/he should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable. The Help Desk Intern should have knowledge of various IT functions and administrative responsibilities and open to learning new processes and procedures.


 Responsibilities

  • Assists the Help Desk Team to deliver technology support.
  •  Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer issues via E-mail and computer chat.
  •  Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  •  Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  •  Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

Requirements

  • Tech savvy with working knowledge Windows, Linux, databases and remote control.
  • Good understanding of virtual machines computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication.
  • Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field would be an advantage

  •  Learn about Cloud environment.
  • Hands on learning experience in the technology arena
  •  Learn how to work with different types of personalities.
  • The duration is 3 months and after that, there may be an opportunity to join our organization
