استخدام کارشناس مرکز تماس (Call Center)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

International Projects  Human Recourse 
Responsibilities:
-Sales/Administration Officer.

-Part-time role with the potential to change to full-time Flexible hours.

-Please note that this is a home-based job.

-Dealing with phone/email enquiries, preparing quotations and reports, booking/re-scheduling inspection appointments in our online system.

-Taking ownership of leads, converting them into sales.

-Developing new and maintaining existing relationships with our clients.

What we expect:
-2+ years of sale & Marketing role experience.

-Fluent in English.

- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)  in English . 

-High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Reliability and excellent organizational skills.

-Driven, committed and success-oriented personality able to close deals.

-Willingness and ability to build a rapport with our clients.

-Ability to autonomously work well under pressure.

-High level of computer literacy and typing skills.

-IETLS : 7/5.
