Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to both on-site and remote employees to promptly resolve software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to computer systems, network devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems, along with the necessary software.
- Prepare, document, and maintain IT equipment for user allocation.
- Design and implement organizational workflows in Jira Software.
- Follow information security standards when accessing user systems.
- Assess hardware and software requirements, request quotations, and track the procurement process.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong command of ICDL skills.
- Familiarity with networking concepts at the CompTIA Network+ level (knowledge of MikroTik is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft services at the MCSA level.
- Familiarity with Linux services and commands at the LPIC-1 level.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a responsible and patient approach.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Help Desk or IT support field.
