شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to both on-site and remote employees to promptly resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to computer systems, network devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems, along with the necessary software.
  • Prepare, document, and maintain IT equipment for user allocation.
  • Design and implement organizational workflows in Jira Software.
  • Follow information security standards when accessing user systems.
  • Assess hardware and software requirements, request quotations, and track the procurement process.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong command of ICDL skills.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts at the CompTIA Network+ level (knowledge of MikroTik is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft services at the MCSA level.
  • Familiarity with Linux services and commands at the LPIC-1 level.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a responsible and patient approach.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Help Desk or IT support field.
