Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about creating stunning visual narratives and have a keen eye for design trends, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with current content trends, identifying key components that resonate with our audience.
Storyboard Creation: Craft engaging scenarios, storyboards, and conceptual ideas for motion graphics.
Expertise in Design: Demonstrate proficiency in creating both 2D and 3D motion graphics.
Software Skills: Have in-depth knowledge of design software such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Cinema 4D is a plus.
Editing Capabilities: Exhibit comprehensive editing knowledge, ensuring seamless transitions and polished final products.
Character Animation: Show creativity in ideating and creating animated characters to fit various narratives.
End-to-End Production: Oversee the complete production process of motion graphic content, from conceptual presentation to final delivery.
Artistic Acumen: Display keen aesthetic skills, particularly in the areas of light and color composition.
Requirements:
Project Management: Familiarity with the end-to-end process in project management.
Timeliness: Exhibit commitment and responsibility, ensuring timely delivery as per agreed schedules.
Adaptability: Be flexible in reviewing and editing outputs based on feedback.
Team Collaboration: Possess effective communication skills, actively participate in team brainstorming, and contribute new ideas.
Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team, understanding and aligning with the team's ideas and styles.
Marketing Persona Understanding: Recognize your pivotal role within the marketing team, acquaint yourself with the team's persona, and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with professional photography, imaging, lighting equipment, and foundational knowledge in photography and videography is a significant advantage.
