We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Sperloos to join our HR team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Analyze the recruitment performance, cost per hire, time to hire, and recommends changes and improvements.
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Actively identify and contribute to Talent Acquisition practices and processes
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Lead employer-branding initiatives
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talents.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Research and analyze current systems; make recommendations to improve workflow and develop new staffing processes (i.e. New sourcing methods, evaluation tools, advertising strategies)
- Create offer packages and ensure the testing and background check requirements are completed for every selected candidate.
- Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks, and ATSs.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of sourcing and talent attraction methods
- Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously.
- Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
- Good English skills
