شرح موقعیت شغلی

 We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our POS team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to design products that meet the specific needs, tastes, and atmosphere of the restaurant industry, even if it means deviating from current design trends. This role requires a middle to senior level of experience and a deep understanding of creating user-centric designs that align with industry requirements.
 
 Responsibilities: 

  •  Lead the design process for the POS software, ensuring it meets the unique needs of the restaurant industry. 
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the design integrates seamlessly with other business systems and adheres to industry standards.
  • Focus on creating designs that align with the classical and traditional nature of restaurant POS systems.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing. 
 Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the POS or related industry.
  • Proven track record of designing software products from concept to launch. 
 Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skill, Ability): 

  • Strong understanding of POS systems and their design requirements. (or similar)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch (not XD!)
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for POS systems. (or similar)
