استخدام Sales & Commercial Supervisor(شیراز)

Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the food sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  •  Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and changes in the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies.
  •  Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and distribution strategies.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Budget Management: Assdevelopingment of sales budgets and forecasts; monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of [5 years] experience in sales within the food industry, with at least [5 years] in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of food products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
