شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Specialist to join our finance team. The  Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and providing financial solutions to support their sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building partnerships with external stakeholders.

 Responsibilities :


  • Recording and maintenance of documentation and records on day-to-day basis
  • Timely settlement of vendor’s purchase invoices
  • The ability to calculate taxes, commissions, discounts,…
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
  • Effective preparation of the requested reports from the managers on deadlines 
  • Control customer balance and coordination with Collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs and providing solutions accordingly
Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s of degree in finance , accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
