- Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the food sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and changes in the competitive landscape.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Assdevelopingment of sales budgets and forecasts; monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [5 years] experience in sales within the food industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of food products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed
