The Account Management Specialist at TapsiFood is tasked with enhancing our client relationships. We are seeking a dedicated and personable Account Management Specialist to maintain client connections and act as our primary point of contact. The ideal candidate is data-driven and possesses a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be proficient in audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software.


Responsibilities :



  • Developing and implementing tailored account management strategies for customers in the food industry to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying accounts within the platform's customer base, prioritize them strategically, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creating detailed account plans outlining goals, objectives, and action plans to achieve account growth and retention targets.
  • Monitoring  account performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and proactively addressing any issues or opportunities to optimize account performance.
  • Driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives within accounts to increase revenue and expand service offerings.
  • Providing ongoing support and training to account teams to ensure they leverage the platform effectively and achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborating with accounts on strategic partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and joint projects to drive mutual business success.
  • Gathering feedback from accounts on their experience with the platform, products, and services to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and customer success.
