Who we are looking for:


We are seeking a skilled CTO with a passion for using technology to drive business success and the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, as well as a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to achieve organizational goals.


About the role:


In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. You will also play a key role in ensuring that our company's technologies are used effectively and appropriately, through regular communication with employees, stakeholders, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise are essential for this role.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a vision for the use of technology within the company.
  • Ensure that the company's technological resources meet current and future needs.
  • Identify and implement new technologies that give the company a competitive advantage.
  • Oversee system infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide team members to help them reach their full potential.
Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
  • At least 8 years of experience working in a technological role.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and Javascript.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and automated CI/CD tooling.
  • Extensive knowledge of software security.
  • Experience with WordPress, Python, AI, and NodeJS is a plus.
