Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a project manager to join our team, who is responsible for providing project timelines, ensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task/project are well organized, monitoring and managing the team’s workload and communicating with the clients. The ideal candidate will have good communication and relationship-building skills. Multi-tasking skills and strong organizational skills make you a great candidate.
About the role:
As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating multiple website design and development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to ensure project success, on-time delivery, and clear communication with the clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage schedules based on the client’s priorities and in coordination with the product manager
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage and monitor the team’s workload
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including developers, designers, and QA testers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and manage project’s budget according to the client’s contract
- Oversee quality control and testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality websites that meet client specifications
- Manage project-related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, and ensure project alignment with client expectations
- Participate in client meetings and provide updates
- Provide internal project status updates regularly
- Detect and resolve issues and bottlenecks in the task management process
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development or web development industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Experience with Asan is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
