About The Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled agile delivery manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both the business and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Team Support and Coaching: Guide the team in self-organization and help remove obstacles.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the Scrum process for better efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like velocity and burn-down charts.
- Agile Mentorship: Mentor team members on Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact sprint goals.
- Collaboration: Foster open communication and ensure team alignment with sprint objectives.
Requirement:
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience required in the following
- Strong experience being a Scrum Master for a diverse scrum team with a broad set of skills.
- Significant ability to apply project management techniques including creating project charters, project phases, status reports and work breakdown structures and creating work requests in the form of user stories. Ability to communicate project status to relevant and various stakeholders.
- Drives and monitors Agile methodologies and processes to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Plans and facilitates scrum activities and ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required; additional Agile certifications are a plus.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Effective in quickly identifying and addressing issues.
- Metrics Analysis: Ability to analyze Agile metrics for performance tracking
Preferred Skills:
- Change Management: Experience leading Agile transformations.
- Scaled Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks.
