Working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment, this role gives you an opportunity to experience a variety of areas within the Human Resources field! You will be assisting the HR team with work related to Human Resources. You will report directly to the HR Manager.
Daily Responsibilities Include:

- Overseeing talent acquisition initiatives, connecting with top talent to bring into the organization!
- Communicate with different departments to understand their staffing needs accordingly.
- Prescreen and conduct initial interviews with prospective candidates, and coordinate candidate interviews with departmental supervisors.
- Create official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, updates to the employee handbook, leave of absences, and warning/termination letters.
- Attendance management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Pursuit of a Master's degree in the following areas: Business, Human Resources;
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant Human Resources experience;
- Prior experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- Professional and friendly demeanor with the eagerness to learn or develop professionally!
