We are looking for a Back-End Developer (Django) to join our team and help us develop and improve our product. 



Our organization specializes in creating cutting-edge solutions in the form of an online survey builder called SANJUP. With a commitment to excellence, we leverage Python and Django for our backend, Vue.js for the frontend, PostgreSQL for our database, and Docker for DevOps. Our collaborative environment encourages creativity and teamwork.



Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with our existing backend and frontend developers to enhance and maintain the SANJUP online survey builder
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Python and Django
  • Work closely with the product manager to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our technology stack

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer, with a focus on web applications.
  • Strong expertise in Python and Django
  • Experience working with databases, particularly PostgreSQL
  • Proficient with version control systems, specifically Git and GitLab
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have


  • Experience with cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies, especially Vue.js
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Prior experience with online survey or form-building applications
