Carmood is looking for a seasoned Golang Tech Lead to guide the development of our Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). This role is ideal for someone who excels in Golang, understands the nuances of service dependencies, and is proficient in PostgreSQL for database management. As a tech lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our SOA’s future and ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Golang development initiatives, emphasizing clean code and efficient service design.
  • Architect, develop, and refine SOA solutions, focusing on high performance and scalability, integrating PostgreSQL for robust data management.
  • Promote best practices in Golang development, including effective dependency management and data access patterns.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive product ecosystem.
  • Mentor team members, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Golang.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, with a track record of optimizing database interactions and performance.
  • Experience in developing and managing service-oriented architectures, with a preference for candidates familiar with dependency injection principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
