استخدام Senior DevOps Engineer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for a Senior or Staff-level DevOps/SRE to own the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of our Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
You'll be the person who keeps systems running, responds when they don't, and continuously raises the bar on how we build and operate services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Kubernetes cluster administration: upgrades, node management, resource optimization, and multi-tenant configuration
  • On-call rotation: incident response, triage, escalation, and resolution for production systems
  • Uptime and SLO ownership: define, track, and defend service-level objectives across critical services
  • Performance engineering: identify and resolve bottlenecks in services, cloud networking, storage, and scheduling
  • Observability: build and maintain dashboards, alerting, and tracing pipelines (metrics, logs, traces)
  • CI/CD pipelines: own deployment automation, release strategies (canary, blue-green), and rollback procedures
  • Infrastructure as Code: manage cluster and workload configuration through code (Terraform, Helm, GitOps)
  • Collaboration: work closely with development teams to improve service reliability from the design stage

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues under pressure
  • Deep Kubernetes expertise: debugging failing workloads, tuning resource allocation, operating clusters at scale
  • Strong problem-solving instincts — able to identify root causes quickly and drive systems back to health
  • Experience scaling systems: from recognizing capacity limits to designing and executing a scale-up plan
  • High-level understanding of distributed system design: where bottlenecks form, how components interact, and what breaks under load
  • Strong observability skills: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both engineers and non-technical stakeholder
  • Able to scale Relational Databases
