استخدام Business Operations Manager

Role Summary:
As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling our Partner Operations team to align with business goals. You will lead efforts to improve operational performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage resources efficiently. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design performance metrics, implement process improvements, and oversee operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development & Management: Develop and structure the Partner Operations team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Design, implement, and manage the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Lead performance evaluation processes to ensure effective execution.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate closely with the partner team to capture operational development and improvement requirements, providing data-driven and strategic solutions.
  • Reporting & Transparency: Produce comprehensive reports for senior management and business partners, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Scaling Operations: Scale and develop the Partner Operations team in alignment with business growth and evolving needs.
  • Budget Management: Manage operational budgets for business partners, optimizing resources and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Devise and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Trello.
  • Budget Planning & Cost Analysis: Strong understanding of budget planning and operational cost analysis (OCPO).
  • Process Improvement Expertise: Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Crisis Management: Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring business continuity.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and scale teams effectively.
  • Innovation & Customer Behavior: Basic knowledge of Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovation model and the ability to analyze and influence key customer behaviors.
