1stQuest helps people plan and book their trips to emerging travel destinations. We’ve proudly helped more than 20000 travelers in their trips so far. Our mission is to build THE ultimate one-stop shop for discovering, planning, and booking trips to lesser-known destinations. We're growing fast and we are looking for a superb travel agent to boost our sales and take good care of our customers.
Job Description:
- Answering questions via email, webchat, WhatsApp, calls
- Continuous effort to solve customers’ problems
- Planning travel itineraries
- Converting sales leads to customers
- Gaining insight about customer behaviors
Required Skills and Conditions:
- +3 years experience in travel industry
- Fluent in English (Equal to IELTS 7.5)
- Learner, Friendly, Caring and interested in people
- Bonus: Fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish (C2 or better)
- Bonus: Former experience in the online travel industry
- Bonus: Former experience in startups
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: 5 Days a week
- Work Type: Hybrid: 2 Days In-Office, 3 Days Remote
- Working hour: 10:00 to 18:00
