We’re looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems, tackle complex engineering challenges, and influence the technical direction of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor other engineers, and deliver solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and innovative. Key Responsibilities

Solve complex engineering challenges related to scalability, data processing, and system integration
Share knowledge and mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Clearly communicate technical solutions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with engineers, architects, QA, and product managers to design, build, and improve system capabilities
Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability
Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve engineering practices

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems (e.g., C#, Go, or similar)
Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture, Microservices, and object-oriented design principles, with the ability to explain and apply them effectively
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), including performance optimization and data modeling
Experience with testing methodologies and quality practices to ensure reliability and maintainability
Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and make pragmatic engineering decisions
