This role is for an established technical leader who is ready to guide our backend development efforts, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and resilient. Technical Leadership and Experience
As a Back-End Tech Lead, you will be responsible for setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and making critical design decisions for our core backend systems.

Essential Skills and Experience

5+ years of progressive software development experience, with a significant focus on Back-End systems.
Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, with a strong background in architecting, developing, and deploying complex, high-traffic applications.
Proven experience in designing and building scalable, resilient, and high-availability system architectures.
Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), including optimization and performance tuning.
Experience with software testing processes and methodologies, ensuring code quality and system reliability.

Highly Desirable Qualifications

Extensive experience with modern architectural patterns such as Microservices architecture.
Practical experience with Event-Driven Design and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Familiarity with event/message brokers like RabbitMQ and search technologies such as Elasticsearch.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD concepts and automating deployment pipelines.
