Department: Supply Operations – Operations Excellence

Location: Tehran

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to lead the horizontal enablement layer of our Supply Operations division. You will own the SSOT for operational data, set and govern process standards across all teams, and drive the automation roadmap that reduces manual work across the organization.

What You'll Do

- Own the SSOT for operational data and management dashboards

- Design, document, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all Supply Operations teams

- Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual work

- Lead project/program management for cross-team initiatives

- Drive continuous improvement and data quality governance across the division

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (operations excellence, process improvement, business operations/BizOps, or a related analytical/project-management function)

Skills:

- Strong proficiency in SQL for building and maintaining data sources and dashboards

- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills

- Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization

- Strong process design and documentation skills (SOP creation and governance)

- Project/program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives

- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data quality and continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Grafana or similar BI/monitoring tools

- Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, or scripting for data pipelines)

- Background in consulting, BizOps, or a similarly cross-functional operational role
