- Discovering top talents for open positions.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Planning advertisement, interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Reviewing employment applications.
- Coordinating with department/subunit managers to continue recruitment process.
- Assessing candidates’ information including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.
- Conducting competency-based & star interviews.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
- At least 2 years of experience.
