شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Mid-level Golang Developer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services. If you enjoy system design, clean code, and solving real-world engineering challenges, we’d love to work with you.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Golang
Implement features based on product and technical requirements
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver features on time and with high quality.
Work with relational and non-relational databases
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability.
Implement observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards.
Maintain basic technical documentation
Actively participate in team meetings and technical discussions

Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in Golang.
Understanding of software design principles and common design patterns
Familiarity with concurrency concepts in Go
Experience with at least one relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Basic experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar)
Experience with Git
Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
Basic experience with Redis
Ability to write clean and readable code
Solid understanding of performance optimization and scalability.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

Nice to Have

Exposure to DDD concepts
Familiarity with Kubernetes
