Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Junior Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager will be involved in the management of Cybersecurity projects with regard to the initiation, planning, design, execution, and monitoring phases and project management in day-to-day tasks.

About You

● Recent College/University graduate looking for your first corporate role or a part-time student who wants/is able to prioritize work while also studying.

● Coachable – You are the type of person who loves feedback and actively seeks it.

● Ambitious and not afraid of putting yourself out there.

● Desire to develop sales and management skills.

● Possess a competitive spirit and are excited to prove not to others, but to yourself, what you are capable of

● High energy, you like to get things done and make things happen.

Qualifications

● High English proficiency in all skills is mandatory.

● Benign familiar with Computer Network and Infrastructure or Cyber Security fundamentals.

● Excellent relational and communication skills with drive change management and provide regular leadership updates on the program status.

● A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.

● Demonstrate the ability to drive and prioritize multiple tracks in a program.

● Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

The resource will be involved in the management of Cybersecurity projects with regard to the initiation, planning, design, execution, and monitoring phases.

Activities include but are not limited to:

● Manage communications between Security experts, sales team, and customers.

● Define project KPIs, Scope, and objectives.

● Track progress and problems that emerge during construction, proposing improvements and solutions;

● Plan and Predict resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.

● Manage project documentation.

● Create customer cards through the management system.

● Create the economic offer and purchase order documents.

● Manage the delivery phase (sending final documentation, customer satisfaction monitoring, etc.).
