شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join the core team responsible for our high-transaction platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of a distributed system built on Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Go, and PHP. As a senior member, you will also play a key role in mentoring the team and shaping our infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Architecture: Design, build, and maintain our core infrastructure on Kubernetes using IaC principles, ensuring high availability and scalability for high-volume transaction processing services.
  • CI/CD & Automation: Architect and refine advanced CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.) and automate operational tasks to minimize manual intervention and maximize engineering velocity.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Lead the observability strategy using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/Loki. Create actionable alerting and insightful dashboards that provide deep visibility into system health and performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with developers to drive performance tuning across the stack, including PostgreSQL query analysis, Redis caching strategies, and infrastructure resource optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Champion DevSecOps practices by implementing vulnerability management, secure container builds, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
  • Reliability & Incident Management: Participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers, establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and advocate for DevOps/SRE best practices within the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in orchestrating production workloads on Kubernetes.
  • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform or Ansible.
  • Solid experience managing and tuning high-transactional PostgreSQL databases and Redis caches.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and familiarity with reading application code in Go or PHP.
  • Proven experience building comprehensive observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts in a cloud-native environment (Service Mesh, CNI, Load Balancers).
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
  • Strong knowledge of application security principles (OWASP) and cloud security.
  • Background in the high-transaction financial (FinTech) or e-commerce industry.
  • Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus.
