Key Responsibilities:

● Video Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

● Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts and storyboards that align with ListLearner’s brand and objectives.

● Video Editing: Edit videos to ensure they are polished and professional, focusing on storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.

● Graphics and Animation: Integrate graphics and animations to enhance video content and make it more engaging.

● Content Optimization: Adapt video content to fit different social media formats and requirements, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.

● Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video production, and digital marketing to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

● Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

● Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on all video content before publication to maintain high standards.

● Analytics and Feedback: Analyze video performance metrics and implement feedback to continuously improve content quality and engagement.

Technical Skills and Tools:

● Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

● Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects.

● Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

● Familiarity with sound design and audio editing tools like Adobe Audition.

● Understanding of color grading and correction techniques.

● Ability to use video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and microphones.

● Experience with creating engaging thumbnails and video covers for social media platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Video Designer/Editor, preferably with a portfolio of social media content.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content engaging and shareable.

● Excellent visual storytelling skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with 3D animation and modeling software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.

● Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.

● Experience with creating videos for educational or tech-based platforms.

● Ability to create interactive and immersive video experiences.
