Role Overview As Community Manager, you’ll be the frontline operator inside Discord and Telegram, ensuring our community stays active, informed, rewarded, and safe .
Your mission:
Keep the ecosystem healthy Support users Maintain clarity across fast-moving information Celebrate contributors Protect the community from spam/scams Run events that rally the resistance and get people to join You will embody our tone - bold, empowering, accessible, anti–Big Tech, and community-first - in every announcement, interaction, and escalation.
Key Responsibilities 1. Support Ticket Handling
Review and respond to all Discord support tickets daily. Solve standard issues; escalate technical cases to the appropriate team Keep ticket queues clean and organized, aiming for <24-hour resolution . 2. Points & Rewards Management
Use /give-coins and /adjust user coins to award Action Points & Engagement Points. Verify claims before awarding points to prevent abuse. Maintain fairness and transparency in all point-related activities. 3. Tweet Engagement Verification
Track automated engagement tasks. Manually verify tweets when required. Identify and flag farming, abuse, or suspicious engagement patterns. 4. Telegram Community Oversight
Review Combot analytics daily. Moderate spam, bots, and low-quality messages. Post important updates in the Updates channel. Keep the chat clean, friendly, and aligned with Action Model energy. 5. Discord Moderation & Culture Stewardship
Watch general & active channels to maintain safety and clarity. Remove scammers immediately. Answer questions daily, de-escalate arguments, and maintain a positive, empowering vibe. Ensure conversations reflect the Action Model mission and tone . 6. Announcements, Updates & Recaps
Publish announcements, weekly updates, and community recaps. Update leaderboards and remind users about events, quests, milestones, and deadlines. Ensure all communication is simple, punchy, and easy to understand (per brand voice). 7. Bot & System Monitoring
Monitor GM bot usage and performance. Ensure Content Bot and Leaderboard Bot are functioning correctly. Detect glitches early and coordinate fixes with internal teams. 8. Workflow Support & Onboarding
Help members understand how to use Action Model points, bots, and workflows. Guide new users through extension installation and training flow (for those eligible). Educate community members on how Action Model works and why it matters. 9. Twitter/X Ecosystem Moderation
Review replies under Action Model posts. Identify and remove spam, bots, or low-quality activity. Support growth by encouraging high-quality community engagement. 10. Community Health & Experience
Keep channels clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Welcome new members and maintain warm onboarding energy. Proactively flag important community issues or trends to the core team. 11. Manual Checks (As Needed)
Verify tweet engagement when automation fails. Confirm submissions for challenges or competitions. Validate proof-of-work when rewards are involved. 12. Event Hosting & Operations
Lead all community events, including:
Weekly community calls AMAs Competitions (e.g., mascot contests, community challenges) Leaderboard or quest-based events Tasks include:
Preparing announcements & reminders Setting up event channels Hosting, moderating, or supporting live sessions Posting event recaps and distributing rewards Skills & Experience Required
Strong experience moderating fast-paced online communities (Discord/Telegram). Excellent written communication—clear, direct, and user-friendly. Ability to stay organized across multiple daily tasks. Strong sense of fairness, integrity, and community protection. Able to work autonomously and escalate when needed. Preferred
Crypto/Web3 community management experience. Understanding of Action Model, AI Tools, workflows, or automation. Experience running online events or community campaigns. Familiarity with reward systems, points tracking, and community gamification.
