Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack TypeScript Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development (Node/Express or similar frameworks). You'll join a talented, collaborative team working at the intersection of browser automation, AI, and modern web technologies. This role is ideal for developers passionate about scalable backend systems, who thrive in environments where creativity and problem-solving skills drive continuous innovation. Your work will significantly influence our technical decisions and shape the future direction of our platform. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Node/Express):
- Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance backend services using Node, Express, and TypeScript.
- Architect scalable APIs to handle complex interactions with front-end systems and AI services.
Frontend Collaboration (Next js):
- Collaborate with frontend developers, potentially working with Next js, to integrate seamless user experiences.
AI & Generative Model Integration:
- Develop backend services that integrate with AI and LLM APIs, ensuring optimal performance and user experiences.
Technical Leadership:
- Contribute to technical decision-making, code reviews, and mentorship of junior developers.
- Drive best practices in backend development, testing, and deployment strategies.
Performance & Scalability:
- Ensure high performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of backend services.
Agile Development:
- Work closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders in agile workflows, delivering high-quality code in iterative cycles.

Essential Requirements

5+ years professional software development experience, specializing in backend or full-stack roles.
Deep expertise in TypeScript , Node , and backend frameworks ( Express or similar).
Strong proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and robust backend architectures.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), essential for collaborating with international teams.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and concepts, ideally with experience integrating backend services into applications built with frameworks such as Next js or React.
Experience working with databases (relational and NoSQL) and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical challenges clearly.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

Prior experience integrating or working with Generative AI models (GPT models, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM technologies).
Experience working within startup or scale-up environments.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Knowledge of browser automation, web scraping, or similar fields.
